Leslie Vickrey is an entrepreneur, author, podcast host, investor, board member, and advocate for unleashing the power of women in the workplace. She is the founder of ClearEdge, a company dedicated to transforming the business of talent through marketing, recruiting, and leadership development services. She also co-founded ARA, an organization committed to attracting, retaining, and advancing women in technology.
Through her first book, Together We Rise, her chapter in this collection, and her podcast, TheEdge, Leslie seeks to break down stereotypes, instill confidence, and inspire the next generation of leaders. She serves on the Board of Advisors for New ERA ADR, VMS Professionals, and Central Michigan University’s College of Business Administration, which honored her with its Distinguished Alumni Award. She is also a member of the ASA Foundation Committee, which raises funds for the Women in Leadership scholarship.
Recognized as one of Chicago’s most compelling innovators and entrepreneurs, Leslie has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ DEI Influencer list for three consecutive years, inducted into the UIC Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame, and honored as an Enterprising Woman of the Year.
Leslie resides in Breckenridge with her husband, Collin, and their son, Greyson. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking with her two dogs, skiing, and playing hockey with the Breck Betties.
